职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHS responsibilities)

-Support product development or improvement projects in lab scale.

-Carry out experiments independently, efficiently, punctually, safely and reproducibly. Solve problem during experiment by taking timely actions and making appropriate modifications of reaction conditions.

-Keep accurate, legible and complete records of all experiments, including conclusions and hypotheses for next steps to be taken in Mandarin and English language. Also independently write report of experiment or project in Mandarin and English.

-Support lab owner in lab management, e.g. lab equipment maintenance and EHSS

-Maintain samples, chemical substance, lab equipment and operational procedures.

-Meet the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

-Follow up the EHSS requirement of company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

-Master degree or bachelor degree with at least 3 years working experience

-Major in chemistry or chemical engineering, polymer science or macro-molecule science especially emulsion polymerization preferred

-Solid theoretical knowledge of emulsion polymerization preferred.

-Pronounced practical lab skills, especially in emulsion polymerization.

-Experienced in polymer synthesis and strong analytical ability on polymer analysis.

-Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management.

-Open-minded, initiative, positive, curiosity, strong team spirit and good communication skill.

-Good written and spoken English.

-Solid IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook)

-Willing to travel as required.
