职位描述：



岗位职责：

1. Acting as location representative of Sapa Shared Services to provide end user IT support for Sapa Shanghai employees

作为萨帕共享服务部门的本地代表，为萨帕上海员工提供IT技术支持

2. Monitor the ticket system, respond user support requests in a timely, standardized, and customer service-oriented manner

监控IT技术支持应用平台，以客户至上的服务态度，提供及时，规范的技术支持

3. Perform installation and configuration of IT systems, devices, and application software

安装，配置IT系统，设备，和应用软件

4. Monitor and maintain location specific computer systems, networks and applications with compliance of central and local IT operational processes

按照总部和本地IT运行流程，监控和维护本地特定的计算机系统，网络和应用

5. Manage location specific IT documentations; keeping SW licenses and HW inventory up to date

管理本地特定的IT文档，及时更新软件和硬件资产统计。

6. Provide IT training to end users

给用户提供IT培训

7. Comply with Sapa Global IT policies, processes, and KPIs

遵守萨帕总部的IT策略，流程和KPI

8. In case of work together with global support teams to resolve both IT infrastructure and application related issues

在总部技术支持的情况下，一起解决一些与IT基础架构和应用方面相关的问题。

 

任职要求：

1. College degree or above with Min. 2 years working experience in international companies.

大专以上学历，2年以上外企工作经验。

2. Excellent customer service and communication skills

较强的客户服务意识和沟通技巧。

3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

较强的故障排除和问题解决能力。

4. ITIL Certification is preferred

拥有ITIL认证者优先

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
