· Proven experience as a fashion designer at least 5 years
· 至少5年设计师岗位工作经验
· High school diploma; bachelor / master in fashion design
· 高等教育：服装设计专业，本科/研究生

We are looking for a competent FASHION DESIGNER to conduct trend research and create lines of products on behalf of our company. The role is very important since our business activities cannot begin without the necessary stock.

Responsibilities 职责
· Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends
· 寻找顾客购物倾向，预估消费趋势。
· Market research-closely following competitors, deeply understanding clients and macro trends
· 紧跟竞争对手做市场调研，深入理解顾客和宏观趋势
· Fashion trend forecasting-analyzing shapes fabrics colors and style predictions globally/locally
· 服装趋势预测—分析全球/当地板型、面料、颜色、款式
· Sourcing materials-fabrics and trims –visiting markets suppliers and trade shows
· 寻找材料—面料和辅料—逛市场供应商和服装展览
· Collecting inspiration from clients, the client becomes an affiliate designer.
· 从顾客分析中寻找灵感，顾客变成合作设计师
· Style hunt online-browsing web for bestselling styles on popular aggregators and websites.
· 线上挖掘款式—浏览时尚网页，挖掘畅销款式
· Style Hunt offline- sample search-Communicating with OEM suppliers, visiting wholesale market, visiting competitor shops.
· 线下挖掘款式—寻找款式—与OEM供应商沟通，逛批发市场，逛竞争对手门店
· Adapting designs for mass production-creating value for money
· 将款式调整设计适合大众市场---创造性价比
· Creating stories, mood boards, collections boards, choosing colors
· 创造故事，情怀，系列，选择颜色
· Making AI sketch’s following with complete design files (not including spcs)
· 做AI款式制图（不含数量）
· Communicating with sample room coordinator to insure smooth transition of fitting samples
· 与样板间协调员沟通，确保打样
· Following development process up to pp sample while Making fitting sessions and spec adaptations to prefect garment construction and fit.
· 跟进每个款的研发，同时做好调整与具体修改，确保制做出完美的款式
· Following development process to insure and confirm final fabrics/colors/trims/washes etc…
· 跟进研发过程，确保并确认最终面料、颜色、辅料、水洗等……
· Following up closely on market impact of each design. Learning from mistakes and correcting for next season.
