职位描述：
1. Be responsible for HR recruitment, interview arrangement and department coordination.
2. Be responsible for offer letter and labor contract.
3. Be responsible for the procedure of staff’s on boarding and departure.
4. Be responsible for calculation, declaration and payment of salary, social cost and individual income tax.
5. Prepare, review and update HR documents, forms and policies and etc.
6. Be responsible for the other jobs of HR Department.

1. 负责人事招聘，面试安排及部门协调
2. 负责起草录用函、劳动合同
3. 负责办理员工入职、离职手续
4. 负责工资、社保、个人所得税的核算、申报和缴纳
5. 起草、复核、更新人事部门的文件、表格、政策等
6. 负责人事部门其他一切工作。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. At least 3 years working experience in HR field.
3. Good knowledge of labor law and related regulation.
4. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, professional ethics and professional integrity.
6. Logical thinking，working seriously & carefully. Good communication skill, team player and team building with leadership.

1. 大学本科或以上
2. 至少3年人事领域的工作经验
3. 熟悉劳动法和相关规章制度
4. 英文、中文方面均需具备良好的书写、口语交流能力
5. 具有很强的责任心和事业心，良好的职业道德和职业操守。
