1、 电子相关专业，熟练使用各种电子测量仪表；
2、 有品质相关工作经验，熟练运用QC新旧七大手法分析问题；
3、 要了解质量控制过程，对电子产品有所了解，要有工作经验最好5年以上
4、 QC的工作在（针对性产品还是涉及面广）主要是产成品，原辅材料等的检验
5、 能吃苦耐劳，良好的沟通处事能力
