Content Trainer (EASH)

What the role is:
The Content Trainer is responsible for organizing and developing internal training resources for our art production teams. The Content Trainer will help identify training opportunities and create content that will support current production requirements as well as future training needs.

What the Content Trainer at EA Shanghai will do:
- Partner with subject matter experts and department leads to develop high-quality training materials
- Assess training needs through internal surveys, team requirements, focus groups and management consultation
- Provide training materials to teams across multiple art disciplines (Lighting, Characters, Worlds, etc.)
- Recording of internal training sessions and post production of recorded content
- Publishing of training content on team intranet site
- Development of curriculums for new software training and onboarding opportunities

Who You Are:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- Presentation and teaching experience is an advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Strong expertise with video editing software (Adobe Premier, Camtasia, etc.) and post production techniques, including audio.
- Proficient knowledge of Maya and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of digital art production workflows
- Experience with game development and production pipelines
- Experience working with content driven game engines (Unreal, Frostbite, Unity, etc.)
- Working knowledge of other production tools such as Adobe Captivate, Flash, Zbrush, etc. is an asset
- Additional experience with Python, Perforce, LMS or other Asset Management Tools is an advantage 举报 分享
