职位描述：
Responsible for all of the physical resources; personnel and patient care related. Also responsible for the planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the clinic’s operational processes and procedures. In support of the corporate mission and vision of the organization, to assure the cost efficient and effective management of the clinic in delivering professional and quality patient care services, and the professional development and well-being of staff. Be responsible for ensuring corporate messages including marketing promotions and plans are delivered and executed in the clinic.

1. Supports and communicates the objectives, goals, messages and procedures to all staff in the clinic;
将组织任务、目标、信息与流程与门诊所有员工进行沟通并提供支持；
2. Maintains and upgrades a series of approved operational systems for the clinic;
维持和升级已批准的各项门诊运营体系；
3. Achieve revenue objectives;
达到业绩目标；
4. Insures that all personnel are properly trained, developed, supervised, and evaluated. Oversees the planning, implementation, evaluation and records of education programs for staff. Also works on an on-going employee engagement program;
确保所有的员工都接受了适当的培训、发展、监督和评估。监督员工的计划、实施、评估和培训项目记录。长期实施提升员工敬业度的项目；
5. Oversees performance appraisals for all staff in accordance to personnel policy and counsels them in a manner that corrects and promotes professional growth;
根据人力资源相关政策，监督所有员工的绩效情况，并给他们有利于职业发展的建议和指导；
6. Participates in the interviewing, hiring and termination processes of clinic staff;
参加门诊员工的面试、招聘和解除过程；
7. Insures that the clinic’s equipment are adequate, well maintained and in good working order, and there are adequate stocks of supplies at all times;
确保门诊的设备运转良好，确保门诊的必需物品准备充足；
8. Maintains an effective quality management program. Oversees and facilitates the clinic’s Quality Circle to improve processes and care. Ensure appearance of the clinic meet a high-quality and professional standard;
维持有效的质量管理机制。监督和促进门诊的质量圈以改进流程和医护质量。确保门诊达到高质量和专业的标准；
9. Maintains effective communication with patients and families and other health care team members;
保持与病人、家属和其他医护团队成员的有效沟通；
10. Promptly identifies and resolves all operational issues and concerns regarding patient-staff communications, services, environment, facilities, equipment, etc. Upgrade regularly as required;
迅速识别并解决所有与医患沟通、服务、环境、设施、设备等相关运营问题。根据要求定期上报；
11. Insures/supervises all activities during special events, public events;
确保/监督所有特殊活动、公共活动中的事件顺利进行；
12. Meets with all levels of staff on a monthly basis.
每月与门诊全体员工开会。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
Key Skills & Competencies 关键技能和胜任力：
1. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and competencies in management, communications, interpersonal relations, supervision and teaching of staff;
展现出管理、沟通、人际关系、监督和指导员工的只是和能力；
2. Previous management of outpatient area.
在门诊领域的管理经验。
Education Background/Professional Training 学历和专业/职业培训和证书：
1. 临床医学专业；
2. 行政管理专业。
Working Experience 工作经验：
More than 10 years direct experience in direct patient care related areas in outpatient/ inpatient area.
十年以上直接服务于门诊/住院病人的经验。
Language Skills 语言技能：
Good English skills, both verbal and written Conversant English.
