职位描述：
1、负责Mysql日常的搭建、维护管理、故障诊断解决及优化
2、负责突发事件管理，问题跟踪与管理，保障数据库的稳定、高效、安全运行
3、为开发、测试人员提供培训，技术指导和上线支持，根据开发需求，编写SQL语句
4、数据库新技术的研究，适应快速发展的互联网业务场景
5、对数据库性能进行持续优化

任职要求：
1、3年以上Mysql数据库管理和维护经验（阿里云Linux环境）
2、精通Mysql数据库，对其高可用及读写分离方案有实施经验；有数据库调优知识，善于利用各种工具、日志排查数据库问题
3、精通Mysql数据库设计、管理与优化
4、熟悉Redis的各种高可用环境的搭建和维护
5、熟悉Linux环境，熟练执行Linux命令，熟悉阿里云服务器运维，保证服务器正常运转
6、熟练分析Mysql语句性能，并配合开发人员优化SQL语句
7、良好的沟通理解能力和团队合作精神
