职位描述:

1、接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

2、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；

3、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；

4、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

5、制作相关REPORT，公司系统录入，单证及文件的整理及归档等；

6、协助推广并销售我公司的优势航线；

7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1.、海运进出口一单到底，3年以上相关工作经历；

2、良好的英文沟通能力，能与海外直接沟通；

2、大专及以上学历，具有美国线经验及危险品优先考虑；

3、工作细心、主动、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。

4、能适应较大的工作强度和压力；

5、工资视个人能力可上下浮动。
