- From our Drive Technologies Division, Siemens are looking to recruit an Converter R&D Trainee (变频器R&D 100研发培训生) at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Research and development on converter drive products
变频驱动产品的研究和开发
2. To work out knowledge documents，provide technical support for products, service, manufacture and supplier
总结和创建相关的技术文档，为产品、服务、生产和供应提供技术支持

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Master diploma or above and majoring in electric drive and Automation
研究生及以上学历，电气传动及自动化相关专业
2. Solid knowledge of drive system and drive theory and power electronics and electric drive
扎实的驱动系统和驱动理论知识以及电力电子和电气传动专业技术知识
3. Good motor products knowledge
具有较好的异步及同步电机理论知识
4. Embedded micro-controller and real time system design and debug
嵌入式微处理器的数字电路系统及实时控制系统的电路设计和调试
5. Familiar with the motor model, and the inverter vector algorithm and application layer software and motor model simulation，Skillfully use C language and assembly language
熟悉电机模型，熟悉变频器矢量算法及应用层软件，电机模型仿真,熟悉实时C 语言和汇编语言程序设计
6. Familiar with the drive hardware reliability, design, familiar with EMC, safety and regulatory requirements
熟悉变频器硬件可靠性设计，熟悉EMC，安规要求；
7. Familiar with the electric circuit and power device modeling, simulation, and analysis
熟练进行电路及功率器件建模仿真、分析。
8. Good command of writing, speaking and reading English.
好的英文听,说,读,写能力
9. Good sense of teamwork, excellent service attitude and willing to help
团队合作意识和客户服务意识
10. Hard-working , flexible in travelling.
