职位描述：
- 根据公司现有产品和客户需求，为客户量身定制旅行行程；
- 负责与客户的全程沟通和所有旅行相关问题解答；
- 与供应商联系落实签证、机票、酒店、地面服务和客人的特殊要求；
- 客户度假期间与供应商保持联系，确保客户旅行过程顺畅；
- 及时客户回访，提高客户满意度；及时向产品团队反馈客户的意见和建议。


职位要求：

- 具有2年以上旅游行业相关工作经验，如：私人订制旅游、外宾出入境旅游；
- 具有基本的地理知识
- 良好的书面和口头英语表达
- 具有优秀的人际沟通能力和应变能力
- 具有卓越的服务意识和团队合作精神
- 能够积极主动、认真仔细的完成各项工作

Job Description:

- To tailor made the travel package based on the clients' requirements
- To communicate with the clients and answer all related travel inquires through the phone, emails
- To communicate with the travel products suppliers(airlines, hotels, local tour operator, etc.)
- To follow up the clients' feedback and complaits


Position Requirement:

- Strong sales skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and delegation skills
- High personal motivation and ability to motivate others
- Ability to take direction and pay attention to details
- Strong team player
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Strong computer software knowledge and learning and adapting to new software & hardware applications and Internet
