职位描述：
工作职责：
1、According to the requirements of project management，Make and follow up measurement plan, summarize the measuring capacity plan, early detect capacity bottlenecks, find out the solution, coordinate resources, follow up the implementation.
根据项目管理的要求，制定和跟进测量计划，汇总出测量产能计划，提早发现产能瓶颈，找出解决方案，协调资源，跟进实施。
2、Responsible for the inspection of all molds components, including internal and external processing and outsourcing parts of mold base.
负责所有模具加工零件的检查，包括内外部加工的零件和外购的模胚。
3、Make the training plan of improvement for measurement engineer and assistant engineers in different stages, Train all measurement engineers and assistant engineers.
制定测量工程师及测量助理在不同阶段的培训提升计划；培训所有测量工程师及助理。
4、Hold the management meeting of measurement group weekly, review the implement status of measurement plan, .
每周召开测量组管理会议，检讨测量计划的执行。
5、Hold the technical standard meeting of Measuring group monthly, summarize the problem of abnormal measurement technology, unify measuring standard, make and update the measurement manual.
每月召开测量组技术标准会议，对测量技术异常问题总结，统一测量标准，编制及更新测量手册。
6、Training and use of GD&T and IS0801 measurement theory, help to understand the requirement of product drawing .
培训和运用GD&T及IS0801等测量理论，正确理解产品图纸要求。
7、Improve measuring method, improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy.
改进测量方法，提升测量效率及准确性。
8、Complete performance goals of measurement group: Achieve rate of measuring plan was 100%.
完成测量组的绩效目标：测量计划达成率100%。
9、Manage measuring instruments, complete check regularly, clear identification.
管理公司的测量仪器，定期完成校验，清晰标识状态。
10、The CMM/VMS function development deeply.
CMM/VMS深度功能开发。
11、Responsible for 5S management on site in measurement room
负责测量房5S管理。

任职资格：
1、College or bachelor degree or above, major requirement: test engineering, mold design and manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing or related major
大专或本科以上，专业要求：测试工程，模具设计与制造，机械制造及相关专业
2、There are 6 to 8 years experiences as measurement engineering, project management experience, measurement experience for steel & plastic samples, Off-line programming experience in foreign company.
有6至8年外资塑胶厂测量工程经验；项目管理经验；钢料&产品的测量经验；有离线编程的经验
3、Good engineering analysis and problem solving skills, Good ability of work plan, Good communication skills, make accurate judgment to the measurement report, Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
有良好的工程分析及解决问题能力；良好的工作计划能力；良好的沟通能力；对测量报告做出准确判断；良好的英文听说读写能力
4、Careful and meticulous, keep improving, Initiative, A strong desire to reach their goals, adhere to the guest for the faith
