Position: Senior Quality Engineer of Supplier Quality Development & Technical Customer Service
职位：供应商质量开发与技术客户服务高级质量工程师

？ Support Corporate QM Supply Chain Supplier department to follow supplier qualification and supplier development activity in Asia Pacific region.
支持公司质量管理供应链部门来跟踪亚太地区供应商资格认证和供应商的开发活动。
？ Cooperate with purchasing department to create and completion of quality agreement with suppliers.
与采购部门合作，起草并完成与供应商的质量协议。
？ Monitoring of supplier`s quality performance and conducting supplier audits
监控供应商的质量指标并指导供应审核。
？ Monitoring of improvement actions in case of escalating quality topics
监控改进措施，以防发生不断升级的质量问题
？ Raw material qualification, especially electronic components.
原材料的质量认证，特别是电子部件。
？ Review and final release decisions of supplier`s samples
审核供应商的样本并发布最终决策。
？ Support Corporate QM Supply Chain Customer department to follow customer complaint case in Asia Pacific region.
支持公司质量管理供应链部门来跟踪亚太地区的客户投诉。
？ Organize related resource locally by cooperate with related department s to solve customer complaint issues.
在当地与相关部门合作并组织相关资源，来解决客户的投诉问题。
？ Technical analysis of customer returns, identification of the root cause and definition of corrective actions by close cooperation with Production, R&D, sales and Logistics
与生产部门、研发部门、销售部门、后勤部门紧密合作，在技术上分析客户的退货，找出根本原因并且定义校核工作。
？ Documentation of the complaint in the system and initiation of the commercial settlement
编制投诉文件到系统中，启动商业结算。
？ Active customer support
活跃的客户支持
？ Providing management information as well as relevant key figures
提供管理信息和相关的关键人员。

职位要求：
？ Minimum Bachelor`s degree in electronics engineering
电子工程学本科及以上
？ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in electronics industry (preferably home appliances or automotive)
至少三年以上在电子行业（家用电器或汽车制造业优先）的相关工作经历
？ Experience in working for an international manufacturing company
具备在跨国制造公司的工作经历
？ Knowledge of electronic controls and single electronic components in terms of manufacturing, testing and applications (Focusing on: PCB`s, semiconductors, relays, power capacitors, optoelectronics (LED`s, display modules) and inductivities.
具备电子控制和单一电子元件的生产、测试和应用知识。重点要求：印刷电路板、半导体、继电器、电力电容器、光电学（发光二极管、显示模块）和电容率。
？ Knowledge and familiar with ISO9001/ TS16949, VDA.
了解并熟悉德国汽车工业协会ISO9001/ TS16949质量认证体系。
？ Knowledge of norms related to home appliances, IPC, ISO-EN is preferred.
了解家电行业相关的标准，了解IPC和ISO-EN的更优。
？ Deep technical knowledge as well as a basic understanding for commercial operations
掌握深刻的技术知识，并且对商业运作有基本的了解。
？ Experience in using problem-solving techniques like 8D, 5 Why and Ishikawa and quality tools like FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC and Control Plan
有运用以下方法解决问题的经历，比如8D，5 Why，Ishikawa；有运用以下质量工具的经历，如FMEA,APQP,PPAP,SPC和控制计划。
