职位描述：
Job Description

1.responsible for test documentation
2. responsible for test software and hardware design and maintenance
3.responsible for line test issue support
4.responsible for improvement of testing device
5.responsible for deal with new product testing
6.responsible for test equipment building, setup and debug
7.responsible for training of the test device and equipment
8.report status and issue of testing

Qualifications & Requirements
1.College degree or higher, major in electronical or related
2.3 years and above in manufacturing. Automotive is preferred
3.3 years and above testing experience
4.Knowledge of programming software (VB, C, LabView).
5.Knowledge of electronics in analog and digital.
6.Familiar with test devices such as meters, power supply and oscilloscope.
7.Good knowledge of test method and general test structure.
8.Communication skills.
9.CET - 4 and above. Fluent English in oral and writing
10.Familiar with general OA software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
11.A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
12.Good communication, time and project management skill
13.Strong execution capability, is able to work independently
14.Team work spirit
15.Good at learning and innovation
16.Practical, hard-working, cheerful, affable and friendly
