服务职责
1) 通过初次接触，认知需求，传递热忱，无限体验始终提供顾客Vital Tea的神奇瞬间
2) 以品牌标准和配方出产并服务所有的饮品和食品
3) 保持健康、安全、清洁标准
4) 以高水平的专业知识，以及标准的语言回答客人的疑问。处理简单客诉并报备值班经理。
5) 始终按照收银标准及现金处理流程来进行收银
6) 按照公司标准保持客户区域的清理和清洁
 
行政职责
1) 按照公司流程及时调整并保持陈列美观和库存达标。并始终按照公司健康、安全规则进行操作
2) 按照指定班表工作（时间和考勤），并始终保持标准的仪容仪表
3) 完成每日清洁表内的任务
 
经验/知识
1) 有对客服务的相关工作经验
2) 有酒店、餐饮、零售业的工作经验
3) 对服务行业有热情
 
技能/能力
1) 热忱地提供出色的顾客服务
