职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Technical support:
a. Daily helpdesk user supporting, include hardware and software.
b. Maintenance, organization and improvement of the company IT infrastructure (network, firewall, server room, cabling, end user equipment, etc.)
c. Create/set up the tail made mail box for corporate clients
d. Provide orientation to new users of computer and networking
e. Maintenance of internal software, e.g. statistic report customer account, F-key manager, customer master data.
f. Local facilities setup such as IP Phone , laptop , workstation , network cabling.
g. Response to any support requirement from user
h. Assistance to IT manager for all related IT projects
? Co-operation with HQ:
a. Direct contact to the central HRS IT Operation department in Cologne (Germany) to receive instructions and get professional support for the administration of IT / TC environment.
b. Fully follow up the IT Global policy and procedure and take the full responsibility as Helpdesk to provide support and resolution to users
? IT support to local team:
a. Compiling & updating the user manual (phone set/ token/ email…)
b. Assistance given to Shanghai team on RFC process and follow-up
c. Work as local first contact for implants.
d. Domain user account creation & orientation for new staffs
? IT Asset Management:
a. Provide and document local IT assets , contact with finance for verifying the asset assignment as well.


CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

? University degree or similar education background, Major in Computer/Technology
? 3+ years working experience in similar position, preferred experience in travel related enterprise.
? Familiar with network infrastructure and various IT key facility for installation and maintenance. Rich knowledge in Managing network equipment and Server ,Microsoft OS/software as well as network security and protection. Has the experience in management of devices include router ,switch, firewall ,VPN box, wireless device etc.
? Strong knowledge of IT development & process.
? Familiar the operation and process of TCP/IP network.
? Good knowledge of MS products/operations/process.
? Networking knowledge such as ICMP . HSRP . BGP . IPSEC VPN . ACL.
? Windows 2008 knowledge including AD , DNS , DHCP , WINS.
? Excellent communication skills and good command of the English Language.
