JOB SUMMARY
Based in Shanghai Office, to be responsible for regional offices overall management so as to create an associates-friendly and efficiency-added working environment for all associates.

- Run Shanghai office reception desk smoothly and efficiently, take care of reception environment and maintenance.
- Ensure that the Shanghai reception area is always staffed and operating to a high standard at all times during reception opening hours.
- Answer telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner, redirecting calls as required.
- Scan and transfer telephone calls in accordance with the specified process.
- Acknowledge and greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner, notifying associates of their arrival with “Visitor Badge”.
- Receive and sort mail, faxes, deliveries and parcels.
- Deliver assigned office daily operation and facilities tasks, including but not limited to security access card, employee badge preparation, name cards printing, stationary, green plants, express delivery, transportation support, conference room booking, cleaners &vendors management, etc.
- Manage cost and make distribution records.
- Update monthly telephone list.
- Support activities admin work.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience
- College degree or above.
- More than 1 year experience in the similar admin or reception role is preferred.

Skills and Competencies
- Open-minded with high-standard service spirit.
- Well-organized with ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A good team player with approachable character, positive attitude and strong ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
