职位描述：
1.Responsible for reliability Program Planning (vehicle and mileage) throughout program milestone study.
   负责整个项目的可靠性规划（车辆和里程）。
2.Develop reliability budget number according to different program.
   根据不同的项目开发可靠性预算。
3.Responsible for develop and improve reliabilitytest specification. Identify program Unique content and/or New Technology and create test plans to support full customer prove out methods.
   负责开发和改进可靠性测试规范。识别程序的独特内容和/或新技术，并创建测试计划以支持完整的客户证明方法。
4.Create benchmarking evaluation for every major or new product launch and gather data from multiple functions including Product Planning, Vehicle Engineering, EP and UE.
   为每一个主要或新产品的推出制定基准评估，收集来自产品规划、车辆工程、EP和UE等多个功能的数据。
5. Responsible to create/ publish reliability testweekly Report to each management level.
   负责为每个管理层制定/发布可靠性测试周报告。
6. Prepare reliability test status and top issue report for OKTG scorecard review
   准备可靠性测试现状及问题报告审查oktg记分卡上
7. Manage the vehicle management system, as well as the issue management system to record data.
   管理车辆管理系统，以及管理数据记录的问题管理系统。
8. Monitor reliability quality issues, push quality issue solving and validation result
    监控可靠性质量问题，推动质量问题的解决和验证
9. Ensure the vehicle drive plan is delivered and clarify the risk compared with program timing.
     确保车辆驱动计划交付，并与计划时间相比阐明风险。
10. Prepare lessons learn documentation and review with management team.
      与管理团队一起准备课程学习文档和复习
11. Collect and track mileage targets, issue resolution, and TGW target. Do great effort to meet target.
     收集和跟踪里程目标、问题分辨率和TGW目标，努力实现目标。
岗位资格：
a. Education: Bachelor, engineering degree
        教育:本科，工程学位
b. Work Experience: 5 years and above
        工作经验:5年以上
c. English (Written & Oral): Fluent
        英语(书面和口头):流利
d. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Project proficient is highly appreciated)
        计算机技能：微软办公软件（Excel和项目熟练）
e. Drive license: 5 year and above
        驾驶执照：5年及以上
f. Great communication skills
       良好的沟通技巧
