1) Picking up incoming calls and receive guests daily;
2) Receive courier and distribute to staff member after registration work.
3) Stationary and other administration work.
4) Collect the SWIFT Reports every day twice (Morning 10:00 and Afternoon 2:30), and delivery to the different departments. Do the register of the swift reports according to the NO, getting the Supervisors signatures. Save the delivery records properly.
5) Delivery bank statement to customers on monthly basis.
6) Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor (Accounting).

Freshman with Bachelor Degree in a related field such as laws, economics, finance is preferred.
