职位描述：
Basic Function / General Description:
-In charge of material planning including forecast/inventory level control/PO delivery
-Manager production PO setup, delivery on time, order changes.
-Manage suppliers OTD performance.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
1 Material Forecast Management
-Upon customer forecast and inventory level, material delivery situations, smartly work out forecast for long lead time components to make sure no issue on AOS(Availability of Supply).
-Manage difference between forecast and PO released to supplier, to monitor if PO short lead time to suppliers or out of forecast.


2 Purchasing Order Management
-Base on firm order release control/demands, setup PO in MRP system and get release to supplier as on time manner.
-Closely work with production planner/CSR to daily manage PO like pull in and push out accordingly to make sure PO delivery on time.
-Against approved PR, transfer PR to PO for NPP request.
-Other order /invoice related assigned.

3 Material Inventory Management
-During PO/Forecast management, integrate lean concept on inventory level handling like 2Bin, loading, supermarket etc tools to get balance on inventory level and service level.
-Manage obsolete and excessive material according to program schedule.

4 Supplier Management
-Monthly monitor supplier OTD performance to push supplier's improvement OTD and flexibility together with SCM.
-Work with MRB to effectively handling RTV material.

Accountability & measures:
-Job performance will be measured in accordance with material OTD performance and inventory level.

Work experience & skills requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing purchasing;
-3~5 years of an MRP/ERP system experience in manufacturing, prefer use JDE or SAP related.
-Good experience of material planning/forecast handling.
-Good interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to independently organize tasks and work to a project plan. Self-motivated and able to handle pressure
-Reading and writing capability in English prefer to have spoken English capability.
-Prefer to have knowledge of and experience with lean manufacturing concepts.
-Knowledge of quality system like ISO9000 举报 分享
