职位描述：
1.Manage the order process, including order loading into system, delivery tracking, customer feedback, invoice delivery
2.Prepare all order and delivery documents and operates into system as sales order to ensure EDI/manual delivery to warehouse on certain channel.
3. Track delivery status and communicate with customer (internal and external) on the status quo and result.
4. customer complaint management on shortage, defect claiming, return, good replenishment and communicate with customer on the status quo and result.
5. Regular communication with internal customers (sales, warehouse, planning team ) about order issues, work out efficient process
6. Sample order management
7. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
1. at least 5 years working experience in retail ordering experience
2. Familiar with SAP system
