Responsibilities:
? Manage purchase order issuance and revision.
? Implement production plan to accommodate the demand forecast
? Maintain demand and production capacity tracker to achieve order fulfillment
? Coordinate with contract manufacturers on materials and production planning aspects
? Work closely with regional sales teams to oversee order scheduling and local and international shipments to achieve quarterly commitments
? Collaborate with other functional teams and participate different projects when necessary
? Support customer services with different regional sales operations when necessary
? Recommend improvement actions for issues identified
? Assist in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
? Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement management or related disciplines
? Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in supply chain management
? Strong experience in production planning, purchase order issuance, and order scheduling, shipment arrangement as well as customer services
? Sound knowledge in the new product development, marketing, product compliance, quality control, production, shipment arrangement process
? Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
? Proactive, meticulous, well-organized
? Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, time management and problem solving skills
? Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar ERP system is required
