职位描述：
Responsibilties：
  1. Make sure the finished goods conform to our technique standard 保证产品质量符合技术要求
 - Establish and maintain the quality plan and inspection instructions/cp on the production line 编制质量计划及检验指导书/控制计划
 - Judge whether we can accept nonconformity finished goods by concession or not when there is minor nonconformity beyond internal specification. 不合格品判定处置
 2. Improve our product quality continuously from the view of quality system 从系统上对产品质量进行持续改进
 - Coordinate other departments to solve the quality problem on the production line 配合相关部门解决生产线上的质量问题
 - Take action to avoid repeatability of problem采取措施问题重复发生
 - Coach and lead line inspectors 领导及培训检验员
 - Evaluate inspectors’ performance 检查员业绩评估
 - Qualify and approve new benches and /jigs or production process生产过程及工装检具认可
 3. Make sure PPM of the product in charge under the required level
  4. Request to have and follow up the corrective action request concerning the product in charge 负责相关产品纠正措施的跟踪及落实
 5.Sorting management分选管理
