Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for test program development of Embedded flash product, Analog IP, Flash IP and RF IP, working with Designer and IP supplier.
2.Support customized testing program development including testing method definition, hardware development, coding, debug and releasing for mass production.
3.Cooperate with customer and product engineer to optimize embedded flash product and SOC testing program to cover more faults and reduce testing time.
4.Knowing industry tester development trend and be able to select the probable platform for Analog, RF, Flash memory or Embedded flash product test capability development

Requirements:
1.1 ~ 3 years of semiconductor test engineering experience. Experience of Flash memory or EEPROM testing and program development will be preferred.
2.Practical experience of developing program based on C language is necessary. Knowing other computer language is preferred.
3.Knowing basic IC and flash technology
4.Understanding IC and memory testing theory.
5.Electrical Engineering academic educational background with mining BS degree, prefer MS
