工作职责：
· 独立带领生产团队运行宽幅卷材式复合材料生产线进行生产
· 按照既定的生产订单和规定的操作规范进行生产
· 根据生产规划进行物料的预定并核对
· 对生产中出现的问题进行初步排查并及时向上级或向维修人员反馈
· 在生产过程中能够秉持良好的成本意识，避免不必要的物料浪费
· 胜任生产线各道工序的操作
· 在生产过程中对产品的质量进行审核管控
· 分享经验，教导新进生产员工
我们对您的期待：
· 完成职业技术教育（职高或职高以上）
· 三年以上的卷材（如薄膜、无纺布、纸等材料）生产相关行业机台操作经验
· 具备较强的质量意识和知识
· 对于新技术有着良好的理解和接受能力并愿意不断提升自己
· 吃苦耐劳、诚实可靠、具有团队精神，并且有一定的团队组织能力以及经验
· 能够独立工作并且具有较强的适应能力
· 具备较好的沟通能力
· 能够并愿意接受轮班工作制度
· 具备一定的IT知识，例如打字，电脑操作以及Office等
· 有叉车证者优先
