职位描述：
We are looking for a Director who is responsible for growth and client satisfaction across the entire range of services offered by Contineo Marketing.
 
Engaging at an executive level of our clients, we would like someone to develop a true understanding of senior management business needs and challenges to deliver strategic solutions while taking primary responsibility of ensuring clients satisfaction and retention.

We also hope that the Director will find opportunities to engage other businesses, partners or potential clients that synergises with our service mix.

IN THE ROLE YOU WILL
1. Take charge of composing proposals to meet clients’ business needs in the market.
2. Lead the team through contract bidding processes including market research, proposal developments, presentations, interviews and client relationship developments.
3. Manage analytical activities mainly on market environments and trends, statistical relevance to our clients, campaign effectiveness, in order to achieve business optimisation objectives.
4. Drive continued innovation and best practices, educating our key stakeholders on complexities of the market and future opportunities.
5. Improve professional competence and service capacity of planning and executing teams.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. 5-year experience in strategic planning, proposal development and contract bidding processes.
2. Marketing analytics experience ideally with tourism, lifestyle or FMCG backgrounds.
3. Knowledge of key performance metrics and western-culture-savvy with focus on analytics and optimisation.
