职位描述：
Major Responsibilities主要职责:
Develop the process flow and equipment for new project
为新项目开发工艺流程及相关工艺装备
Monitor and support supplier to develop the new equipment base on the TRW and STASS requirement
监督并支持供应商的工艺装备开发工作并确保工艺装备符合TRW和STASS相关要求
Prepare the documents including PFMEA, Process Flow Chart, Process KPC, Specification, WI etc.
准备相关的文件包括PFMEA，过程流程图，过程KPC，设备标书，工序指导书等文件
Yearly review the future projects timing and forecast to establish the investment plan for next year
每年根据未来新项目的投产计划和产量预测创建来年的工艺装备投资计划
Training the operators for new project and process
对操作工进行新产品和新工艺的培训
Using statistical methods (e.g. SPC, 6 sigma) to find out the root cause of failure mode which found in daily production regarding manufacturing engineering
应用统计技术分析日常生产中发现的和制造工程有关的问题的根本原因。
Promoting continuous improvement and keeping the lean production in responsible area
推动持续改进工作，确保所负责区域始终处于精益生产的良好状态。
Monthly review the line capacity and give out the temporary and long term solution if the line capacity can’t meet the customer’s forecast
每月复核产线的产能负荷率，并在产能无法满足顾客需求时给出短期和长期解决方案分析设备投资方案，并实施相关的投资进度。
Monitor and support production department to manage fixed assets
监督和支持生产部门对固定资产的管理工作
Be responsible for the process document updating
负责日常工艺文件的更新工作
Support Maintenance technician to do TPM
支持维修人员实施TPM

Key Competencies任职要求:
Good English Communication skill
良好的英语沟通技巧。
Good Office software and AutoCAD skill

Familiar with TS16949,VDA6.3,Q1

Experience on LEAN manufacturing.

Education and Experience教育及经验要求:
Engineering education background; prefer in polymer Bachelor Degree
工程学大学本科，高分子专业优先。
At least 2 year working experience.
