职位描述：
Main responsibilities
1, work together with Volvo headquarters engineers in Chassis area, in order to understand and take over design and engineering specifications for local development.
2, design optimization of Brake Mechanical Structures and/or Wheels & Tyres system for optimized attributes and robustness, in order to meet China customer expectation, China road conditions and driving behaviours.
3, delivery of program contents for all program milestones, with timing, quality and cost target in controlled.
4, develop Brake Mechanical Structures and/or Wheels & Tyres products verification plan, control and sign off for engineering approval.
5, prepare and release engineering design specifications and CAD data in Volvo system.
6, involve in local supplier evaluation and development, deliver technical requirements and specifications to suppliers, prepare and sign off technical documents.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
2. Fluent speaking & written communication in English; good knowledge of product development program and program management;
3. More than 5 years’ working experience in either wheels/tyres/tools (jack, foam-box, wrench and etc.) or brake mechanics (caliper/pad/disc, ESC, pedal and etc.), or in other Chassis area;
4. Skilled Catia user, better to have TeamCenter experience;
5. Preferred to have good knowledge of Chassis system function, structures, principle and attributes for brakes/tyres performance.
Experience Required
More than 5 years in Chassis area or mechanical design area.

Self-motived; quick learning capability; well planning in project; problem focusing and solver.
