职位描述:
1. Assist product manager in development and implementation specific product marketing strategy and.
a) Provide effective product management including research and new product development, consumer promotion, and channel strategy.
b) Prepare and implement annual marketing plan in order to achieve business objectives within timing and budget constraints.
c) Initiate and manage programs and/or assigned projects that complement marketing strategy and ensure sales revenue.
d) Work within and maintain marketing control systems including business planning processes, expenses tracking, market monitoring, forecasting, inventory management, marketing campaign, etc.
e) Maintain effective communication as well as provide direction and advice to internal and external supporting personnel to ensure their commitment to the attainment of the assigned category objectives.
2. New Brand Launch preparation.
Study new brand / products knowledge; provide materials, market survey, channel communication and Prepare training material.
3. Manage other assigned projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
University degree graduate major in Marketing/Business or equivalent, preferably with international cosmetic brand experience.
Working experience:
1)At least 2 years experience in consumer industry with good knowledge of marketing. Experience in cosmetics industry is preferred.
2)Professional skills:
3)Commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding.
4)Good creative and logical thinking as well as good analytical skills.
5)Good oral and written communication skills.
6)Good at PPT and excel skills.
Language:
Fluency in English and Chinese, both in written and spoken.
Personal characteristics:
1)Good interpersonal skills to communicate, motivate and influence all levels of personnel across all business functions
2)Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team work
3)Objective and result orientated
4)Can work independently and quick response
5)Strong adaptability for growth and changes
