　岗位职责：
　- 负责机加部门所有员工的技术及纪律管理
　- 根据交货目标及交付日期做出合理的计划并初步实施合理的解决方案
　- 持续改善生产，通过优化管理方法、团队建设等途径使生产效率每年至少提高5%
　- 按照计划控制生产成本，出现偏差时采取适当的措施
　- 编制和更新安全文件并定期举行安全讲座
　- 持续发展，提高生产效率
　- 持续改善工作方法，提高人员技能，提升机器和材料质量
　- 持续发展安全、生产和环境管理


　岗位要求：
　- 机械类专业大专以上学历，侧重于机械加工制造
　- 熟悉机械加工；英语流利；熟练使用Office办公软件和SAP系统
　- 出色的团队管理和领导能力以及丰富的机械加工经验
　- 较强的抗压能力以及灵活的应变能力
- 有机床集团工作经验者为佳。
- 有大型龙门镗床、铣床的实际工作经验。
Responsibility:

-Technical and disciplinary leadership of all employees in machining process
-Following set delivery date targets and meeting delivery deadlines with appropriate planning and initiating appropriate measures
-Continuous improvement of manufacturing as well as yearly increase in productivity of at least 5% through kaizen, group work and the like
-Monitoring ongoing manufacturing costs compared to plan in BAB and taking appropriate actions when deviation occurs
-Compiling and updating work safety documents and holding regular safety lectures
-Permanent development and increase in efficiency of area of responsibility
-Permanent improvement of processes ensuring quality in terms of method, people, machines and materials


Requirement:
-College degree in machinery engineering or comparable qualification with focus on manufacturing/ production
　-Knowledge of machining processes; Business fluent English; MS-Office, Excel and SAP
　-Leadership, Kaizen, machining process
　-stress resistant, flexible
