职位描述：

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

■ At least bachelor degree on mechanical and/or electrical related background
■ At least 8 years related working experience in Automotive Engineering and Project Management
■ Good market knowledge concerning products, customers and competitors
■ Own existing network within the related industry


Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

■ Sales:
■ Supports (technical) sales of department and leads overall vehicle development offers
■ Improve the customer relationship
■ Project execution:
■ Budget (HR & Financial) planning and responsible according customer and company target setting
■ Detail time planning of project and follow up
■ Define together with department management team resource plan and work packages (external & internal as well as inter-company)
■ Technical direct the teams and implement frequent project team meetings
■ Analyze project team performance and initiate corrective actions
■ Prepare and Communicate Project Information/status at request of Management, at least every month (steering committee)
■ Communicate decisions and planning's to the subordinates
■ Lead claim management
■ Other tasks assigned by the superior
At the superior’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company business.

3. Special Authorizations & Responsibility 特别授权和职责

■ Participates in PM meeting to continuous improve the quality and efficiency
■ Participates in sales team to provide estimated costs, feasibility of concepts, suggestions to improve performance and quality
■ Participates in customer meetings & review events as required, troubleshooting
■ Participates in regular internal project reviews
