职位描述：
Summary:
Be responsible for deliver all HR activities, ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon HR all directives, policies, processes, systems and programs.

Main Responsibilities:
-Ensure employee exit process implementation smoothly, conduct exit interview for resigned employee, and provide employee morale / feedback to line managers.
-Support HR Supervisor to Deal with employee relationship issues, such as conflicts.
-Support HR Supervisor to conduct the employee status change including not limited labor contract renew, position change and announcement etc.
-Attendance management and monthly attendance
-Employee`s personal file management
-Coordinate expatriates’ employment application for appropriate visas/working permits, residence permit, Chinese employee’s employment application, working permit, etc.
-Training coordination and training data/report consolidation.
-Department`s miscellaneous work including but not limited to air ticket booking, stationary purchasing, gift card purchasing etc.
-Other tasks assigned by HR Managers.

Job Requirement & Qualification：
-Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or English is preferred.
-1~2 years working experience in HR area, Foreign - invested Companies is preferred. Or excellent university graduates can be considered.
-English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form.( CET 6 )
-Good archive management skill and computer skills especially in Microsoft office.
-Good teamwork spirit, integrity, cooperation capability, communication skill and emergency - handling skill.
