Responsibilities:

1. Execute customer projects from inquiry to serial transmission in a professional way according to automotive standards (APQP, PPAP)
2. Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams inside the company organization as well as with customer
3. Responsible for achieving business objective and customer satisfaction


Required qualifications:

1. Young professional with university degree (at least bachelor) Chemistry, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering, but not limited
2. English and Chinese fluent (oral and writing) is a must.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Personal responsibility, autonomy, self-motivation
6. Cooperative teamwork with colleagues and supervisors, team spirit
7. Quality-awareness
