职位概述 Position Overview
本职位的工作内容为上海迪士尼度假区的签约合作伙伴提供有效的管理，并以上海迪士尼度假区与签约合作伙伴之间的客户专员身份工作。该职位协助销售经理负责商业关系的维护，包括监督代理商的绩效以推动销售业绩。
The purpose is to provide an efficient management of Shanghai Disney Resort’s contract partners; to work as account manager between Shanghai Disney and contract partners. This position is responsible for assisting Sales Manager to maintain the business relationship with contract partners, monitoring agency’s sales performance and driving sales revenue.

主要职责Key Responsibilities
？ 确保有效的内部和外部沟通；
？ 维护与签约合作伙伴的良好商业关系；
？ 遵守上海迪士尼度假区所有政策和公司规定；
？ 监督代理商的绩效以推动所期望的销售业绩；
？ 与销售培训、预订中心、渠道营销等团队紧密配合，以推动业务和销售计划；
？ 收集所需相关数据；
？ 指导培训签约合作伙伴，以达到迪士尼的要求及目标

？ To ensure efficient internal and external communication;
？ To maintain business relationship with contract partners
？ To ensure Shanghai Disney Resort’s business policies and process are fully well followed;
？ To monitor Agency’s sales performance and drive targeted sales revenue;
？ To work closely with Sales training/Disney Reservation Center/Distribution Marketing, to execute business & sales plan;
？ To collect relevant data as required;
？ Train contract partners to follow Disney’s business guideline in order to maximize the value for SHDR

资格要求Required Qualifications
？ 至少5年以上工作经验；
？ 大学学士及以上学位；
？ 精通计算机软件（Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook）；
？ 良好的中英双语交流及沟通能力；
？ 热情，拥有良好的工作执行力；

？ At least 5 years’ working experience;
？ Bachelor degree or above;
？ Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook);
？ Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English;
