职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control - the set of inspection and testing management. And the necessary actions taken correct nonconformances when they are detected.
质量控制- 全面负责物料、成品、计量器具等质量管控工作以及相关验证工作的实施。
2. Quality Management - the set of processes and procedures designed to systematically assure requirements are met and prevent nonconformances
质量管理-确保生产产品的质量符合质量及生产所描述的规格标准，负责生产过程中的质量管理和控制。
3. Plan and implement company level’s quality activities, like internal audit, management review, external audit, etc.
负责质量管理体系、计量体系流程梳理、优化、体系审核、管理评审，各类内、外部审核工作。
4. Organize resources to response quickly to customer complaint.
组织资源及时响应并处理客户抱怨。
5. Drive continuous improvements in quality and cost
在质量及成本方面做持续改进。
6. Maintain supplier quality management system
维护供应商质量管理系统。
7. Measurement lab maintenance and management
测量实验室的维护和管理。

Qualifications:

?Bachelor degree , majors in mechanical or electrical engineering
本科或以上学历, 机械，电气相关专业
?Experience in the Industry is required
有工业行业的经验
?8 years of experience in quality function
8年或以上质量相关工作经验
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
优秀的英语听说读写沟通能力
?Proficiency in Data analysis methodologies/strategy
精通数据分析
?Experienced in ISO 9001-2015 quality systems
熟悉ISO9001-2015
?Strong team leader
优秀的团队管理能力
?A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
