职位描述：
Description of main activities :

? Reports to Head of Engineering;
To ensure that TGE's technology stays at a high and competitive level, and that technical resources (knowledge, systems, people) are available for projects;
Approval of TGE's Piping & Structural Design Documentation;
Ensures that TGE stays up to date external technical developments, including legislative requirements;
Ensures that information generated in projects is recycled back into the company's standards, documentation and training;
Provides trained staff and systems for use in projects;
Takes part in milestone engineering meetings such as design reviews, kick-offs, department meetings;
Support the Project Managers to ensure that technical and QHSE standards and legislation are respected in the engineering programme;

? Coordination of tasks related to projects
Conceptual Plant Layout (Layout Studies, Design Studies);
Material Management (Material Take Off reports, Material inspections);
Technical Specifications (Standards, Typicals, Calculations);
Document review and approval (check of Isometric drawings, material certificates);
Ensures that information generated in projects is recycled back into the company´s standards, documentation and trainings;
Ensures that working procedures for design are formulated and enforced;
Provides internal technical consultancy, and supports problem resolution;
Takes part in milestone engineering meetings such as design reviews, kick-offs, post mortems;
Maintain knowledge of important external technical resources (engineering offices, consultancies);
Supports the Project Managers in ensuring that technical and HSE standards are respected.

Educational background / skills and knowledge :
? University Degree in Piping Engineering;
? Significant experience in plant design and knowledge maintenance of external resources;
? Language skills: English, Chinese;
? MS Office, ACAD;
? PDMS (basic knowledge after received training);
? PIMS R3 (after received training);
? Significant experience in plant design and knowledge maintenance of external resources;
? Technical leadership;
