Primary Job Function:
This position is responsible for providing product engineering support for current and new business opportunities – for BNWH. This individual will work closely with Operations, Design Engineering, Sales and directly with customer program managers.

？ Create and Maintain Product Engineering Documents Including: Customer Specifications, Product Prints, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Tooling & Operation Instructions. 创建和维护产品的工作文件，包括客户的要求、产品图纸、物料清单、工艺路线、模具和操作说明
? Implement Product, Process, and Tool Changes Via Engineering Change Notice System or Temporary Substitution Authorization. Includes Facilitating Customer Change Requests.

？ Support Product Launch Activity by serving as Team Member of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Teams & process ownership for Preproduction Launch activity.

？ Provide Customer Design Assistance Utilizing Schlaefke or FEA Model. Perform Post Engine Test Product Analysis Including Field Failure / Campaign Analysis and Resolution.
使用Schlaefke或者FEA模型给客户提供辅助设计，执行后置发动机试验产品分析包括现场故障、活动分析和解决方案
？ Provide Product Engineering Assistance Relating to New Equipment Start-up. Including Machine Selection, Design and Procurement of Tools and Fixtures, Launch Schedules, Capability Assessment, and Capacity Reviews.
