Be responsible for lean improvement in warehouse and logistics, design warehouse layout for new factory.

具有自动化仓库的知识，能规划如何建立仓库自动化

Has the knowledge of AS/RS, understand how to setup a AS/RS system.

了解现有的流程并定义将来的流程，分享给本部门及相关部门

Understand the “as is” process and the “to be” process, explain to the associates.

在供应链内部建立起精益的文化

Build a lean culture in SCM

负责供应链内部的持续改善及消除浪费

In charge of the continual improvement and eliminate the waste within SCM

具有良好的将好的想法转化成文档的技能

Good skill to transfer idea and success to documents

建立并对供应链内部的关键绩效指标做持续跟踪

Create and monitor the KPIs and goals on daily business.

具有良好的精益知识，包括各种技能及方式方法，如看板系统、单件流、价值流分析、快速换线、单元制造、库存控制等

Good technologies and methodologies including Kanban system, one piece flow, value stream mapping, quick changeover, cellular manufacturing, inventory reduction, etc…

与集团内部的精益方式达成一致，并相互分享

Align with the lean strategy to be implemented plant-wide, even on global level and share each other

与其他部门就供应商精益部分进行沟通，尤其是与工业工程部门的沟通

Represent SCM to coordinate with other functions for lean implement, especially with IE team.

具有与供应链相关的，如计划、采购、物料管理等知识

Has the SCM knowledge like planning, purchasing, material management.
