- To support the HR Manager in the delivery of HR services for PVG office to ensure the business’s strategic and operational objectives are met.
- To support all core Human Resource functions and activities to ensure that all external regulations and internal processes are complied with at all times.
- To support the delivery of HR services, policies and programs.
- To provide operational HR administration support as required including the transfer of tasks to the Shared Service Centre (SSC).
- To complete core HR operational tasks as directed by the HR Manager including but not limited to:
- ensuring that all HR Information systems are updated and maintained
- updating of HR information to local payroll team
- maintaining P-files (hard and soft copy)
- communication with SSC
- supporting local Recruitment activities and tasks
- supporting the annual salary increment + bonus round
- supporting Learning and Development activities
- ensuring compliance with all relevant employment practices, policies and legislation.
- supporting the implementation of all performance management processes.
Requirements:
- This role requires someone with knowledge and experience of Human Resources as well as strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to details.
- This role is key to delivering HR services within the Branch and the role holder must demonstrate the attitude and mindset to supporting the delivery of HR business
- Bachelor Degree or above2-5 years related Human Resources working experienceSound knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislationProblem SolvingHR methodologies and tools
- Process Optimization + Efficiencies is preferred
- Good oral and written English
