职位描述：
To be responsible for the development, maintenance and the Posting and updating of recruitment channels;

Timely and guarantee the job of recruitment, employee training and performance evaluation, and report relevant results in time.

To conduct resume screening and the appointment and selection of candidates in accordance with the recruitment requirements of various departments;

To be responsible for the relevant work related to the personnel entering, leaving, changing the position, changing the work, and the salary.

To establish and maintain personnel files and staff roster, and update their personal information and information in a timely manner;

To be responsible for the signing and management of labor contracts of the company employees;

To assist the leader in writing, revising and implementing the various personnel regulations and regulations;

To conduct the staff attendance, reward and punishment management, and investigate the execution of various departments for attendance, reward and punishment

To assist the leader in the calculation of attendance and remuneration;

Actively completing other tasks assigned by the leader.
