职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform quality audit/assessment to bearing supplier candidates selected by purchasing to screen out capable suppliers, and (or) develop incapable suppliers candidate onto capable level based on purchasing's business needs.
Work with supplier technical resource to implement supplier feasibility study for new product specification, then address actions for the risk raised.
Implement product qualification process (PPAP process) to support needs of new product development projects and engineering change projects, drive supplier corrective actions for NC findings and improvement opportunities.
Handle supplier quality complaint raised by customer or internal inspection team by 8D methodology.
Perform regular check at suppliers’ on defined key manufacturing process & quality control system to ensure stable quality in delivery
Manage engineering change or process change request raised by suppliers or by ourselves;
Measure, analyze, improve and report supplier quality performance to ensure realization of supplier quality goal
Manage supplier compliance with PEER business code, ROHS/REACH requirement, EHS requirement, etc.
Coordinate customer audit to suppliers
Drive continuous improvement of existed supplier base’s quality assurance capability to meet current and future needs from CSC business strategies, include (but not limit) supplier QMS improvement, manufacture process and product improvement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, quality or equivalent discipline
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in quality field, it is preferred to have automotive industry quality work experience.
Experience in ISO 9001, IATF16949
Professional level on quality tools: quality audit, 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan.
All round knowledge of bearing defect/failure analysis, familiar with bearing production and engineering process
Good cross-functional team communication skills
Good coordination and problem solving skills
