职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Be responsible for layout design and internal logistic system design(material picking and feeding to line)and improvement.
负责布局设计和内部物流系统的设计(备料及上线供料)和改进。
2. Study time, motion, methods and involve in maintenance, production and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency.
与维修、生产等其他部门，通过时间研究、动作和方法研究制定工时标准并提高效率。
3. Work closely with team leaders and process engineer to implement standard to achieve optimum quality and efficiency within limits of equipment capability.
与生产班长和工艺工程师紧密合作，制定标准以提高产品质量及效率。
4. Improve the methods of operation, material handling, equipment layout etc. to increase productivity. 通过改进操作方法、物料配送、设备布局等提高生产效率。
5. Being a team member of new projects industrialization phase to support PE and guarantee the equipment layout respecting ergonomics. 在新产品工业化阶段，作为团队成员支持工艺工程师，确保设备布局符合人机工程学。
6. Being a FI pillar leader or member, support WCM methodology introduction and application and achieve cost saving contribution.
作为FI支柱领队或关键成员，支持世界级制造体系导入和应用,支持完成公司年度成本节约目标
7. Training the production staff about IE basic concept and improve method, and promote production employees involved in the improvement
培训生产员工基本的IE概念及改善方法，并推动生产员工参与改善。
8. Make the standardization for 5S visual management, make the audit criteria to check and monitor the status with shift leader.
制定5S目视化管理标准，同时制定稽核标准并协同领班监督状态
9. Other tasks assigned by the superior
10. 领导布置的其他工作。

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or relevant.
工业工程、机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in machining and assembly improvement by Lean methodology, preferable in automobile components
至少五年以上机械、装配领域精益改善工作经验，有汽车零部件行业经验者优先
3. Good PC skills including Excel, Project, AutoCAD etc
良好的计算机能力，包括Excel, Project, AutoCAD等
4. Good command of oral and written English
良好的英语技能
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
