职位描述：
Visual Merchandiser(VM) supervisor and Trade Marketing(TM) Expert:

Responsabilities:
- VMs supervision: VMs guidance and coordination, VMs schedules and reports weekly check, support in creating a wider and more complete doors list for each VM
- TM projects coordinator: coordinate brands projects and lead the implementation (with VMs). Example: brand visibility etc.
- Point of Purchase(POP) materials management: handle all paperwork to import the POPs and to have the stored at the warehouse. Monitor their deliveries from different locations to warehouse and make sure all stock management efficiency.
- Trade fairs support: overall support both on the construction part and on the event management part
- in-store fixtures implementation: support the VMs on the implementation of projects, details:
   a)Capable to check all the drawings with different contractors in detail and modify defects accurately
   b)Create & Develop projects from given guideline to reality with different contractors and suppliers
   c)Supervise and quality control of assigned projects across China

Requirements:
Background:
- 3-4 years in Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing experience
- multinational companies background
- similar industry and channels (Independent stores/chains)
Skills:
- both VM and coordination/supervision background. Knowledge about VM, similar markets and distribution channels.
- Good communication skills, to create smooth and clear communication both with the VMs, Sales reps, vendors.
- knowledge about trade marketing, visibility and consumer activations projects; hability to have a comprehensive view of the market, of the clients and sell-out oriented mind-set
- accuracy and consistency to regularly monitor the status of POPs. Cost efficiency mind-set.
- capability to work under pressure
- for the in-store fixtures implementation and trade fair support:
   a)Bachelor or above in interior design / building studies / or equivalent
   b)Interior design experience in retail and events - department stores, shopping malls, retail floors 5 years or above
   c)Good computer literacy, especially in PSD/ Ai/ CAD
   d)Strong knowledge of furniture production is a plus
