JOB TITLE: Assistant accountant
DEPARTMENT: Financial Dept
FUNCTION/SBU: Business management
LOCATION:Shanghai
KEY ACCOUNTABLILTES :
? Assistant to monitor Accountant Receivable in Asia.
? Go to tax authority to verify input Vat, buy tax invoices, apply CN, etc.
? Issue invoices and distribute to the customers on weekly basis. To ensure that invoice matching is accurate and on time. Day-to-day collection operation.
? Prepare monthly statistic report (SH statistic authority required)
? Deal with foreign exchange payment, advance construction AP registration at SAFE online services system. Follow up the due date of regular trading AP, non-trading AP base on foreign exchange rules and regulations. Revise the invoices in case it is not accepted by bank.
? Coordinate regularly with Project dept, service dept, sale dept and collect necessary information /data related to project/service accounts. Calculate the cost of each project manually on monthly basis.
? LC issue
? Datum maintenance: Update necessary financing dates
? Other Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
? College degree (3 years) or above, Major in finance or relative major;
? 3 years related working experience in a I&E trading company,2 year +AR experience
? English skill: CET-4
? Accountant certificate ,junior-grade professional is a plus
? A good team-work; Open minded; Able to work under pressure
? Good L/C knowledge is a plus
