1、建店涉及工程做好预算，质量，成本，进度等监督掌控；

2、保障建店工作顺利推进；
3、做好服务商的培训及管理；
4、对施工的工程安全、工程质量、监督指导；
5、协助施工队在施工过程中出现的问题；
6、与设计师、商场、代理商的沟通协调；
7、负责完工后与各部门的沟通协调，并完成店铺验收；
8、负责店铺的日常维修等工作。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，和装潢相关专业；
2、熟练使用CAD和OFFICE办公软件；
3、熟悉道具的生产，结构，核价；
4、具有良好的心理素质，能承受适当工作压力；
5、工作认真负责，具有团队合作精神；
6、能适应短期出差。
