IV. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要工作职责
1) Knowledge of all massage and facial requirements as taught in training
    受过良好培训，具备按摩及美容方面的完备知识
2) Ability to advice a client if a requested treatment is not advisable for them and recommend alternatives.
    在顾客所要的的理疗不可取的情况下，能提出适当的建议
3) Ability to give timely spa treatments, providing a truly relaxing and beneficial experience to each guest.
    能及时提供水疗护理，为每位顾客提供一次真正的放松及身心愉悦的体验
4) Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous.
    能够关注客人，关注细节时刻保持从容及礼貌待客
5) Ability to remain quiet during treatments.
    能在理疗其间保持安静
6) Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the spa.
    能够与所有接近水疗的个人建立良好的关系
7) Ability to focus on attention to details.
    能够注意细节
8) Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
    有能力分清主次，组织及跟进
9) Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
    能够在无监督管理的情况上完成工作任务
10) Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests’ information and pertinent spa data.

11) Ability to perform up to seven hours of treatments per shift.
    能够一个班次内完成最少七小时护理服务
12) Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other employee’s as part of a team.

13) Flexibility in scheduling.

14) Ability to assist Spa reception and retail.

15) Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company policies and procedures.

16) Maintain cleanliness throughout shift.

17) Meet with Spa Manager, Lead Therapist and Spa Reception prior to commencing each shift to review business status, daily target and goals.
    换班前与水疗经理、芳疗师主管及水疗前台回顾商业情况、每日目标及对象
18) Strive to achieve daily target through promoting additional spa services and retail sales.
    通过提高水疗额外及零售的收入，努力完成每日指标。
19) accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously. Follow up to ensure completion of the request.
    得当并亲切的提供客人所有的需求，跟踪及确保完成所有客人需求
20) Maintain cleanliness of spa and locker rooms as needed.
    按要求保持水疗及更衣室的清洁
21) Adhere to company grooming and performance standards.
遵守公司仪容仪表
22) Attend team and company meetings.

23) Assist in inventory control.

24) Recognize and adhere to side work policy and duties.

V.JOB SPECIFICATIONS/岗位任职要求
a. Knowledge
Typical Education Level/教育背景：
N\A 无
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification / 相关经验专业知识资质：
Fluent mandarin speaking and basically English skills
普通话标准，或英文流利可进行简单中文对话；
Fully understand about spa treatments.
具有按摩及美容方面的完备知识
At least 1 years Spa working experience
至少1年Spa相关行业工作经验
