As a Field Application Engineer for China, you will support business development team in the marketing activities. You will also be working with the sales team in the entire sales cycle that includes pre-sales, design-in and post-sales support at your target customers. And you will be involved into testing and debugging work for R&D team when necessary. 

Responsibility

    

Pre-sale activity

    

1、Understand customer application requirements and recommend best match Credo devices for each application

2、Perform device evaluation test at customer premises

3、Team up with sales for demand creation to maximize design wins

4、Help on customer design review, bring up and debugging

5、Review all customer specific technical documentations

6、Feedback market trends and new feature requirements from customer to marketing

    

Post-sale activity

1、Support any technical issue customer encountered during and after production

2、Help on screening issues before calling RMA and Failure Analysis

Qualification:

1、At least Bachelor degree of Electric Engineering or Computer Science

2、5 years + work experience as design engineer, software driver engineer in Telecom or Datacom Equipment company

3、FAE work experience in Telecommunication IC such as Ethernet PHY, Switch, Controller, etc.

4、Knowledge of High Speed Signal design & Signal Integrity

5、Good communication skills and willing to travel

6、Good command in English both written and oral
