Job description

Principal Responsibility:

l Provides first-line support to company employees to resolve computer software and hardware and networking problems.

l Provides routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware or peripherals.

l Contacts and coordinates with hardware or software vendors for service if necessary.

l Installs computer hardware, software and peripherals for new employees or for employee relocations.

l Installs new software packages and upgrades.

l May control password assignment. Develops system documentation and procedure manuals as required.

l Facilitates and conducts training sessions for company employees in the operation of software/hardware systems.

l Develops appropriate hardware and or software repair action.

l Assists with installation of adapters, memory, and software on new equipment.

l Assists with maintenance of inventory tracking database information and data entry of all IT support problems and resolutions into company documentation.

Requirement：

l Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.

l Salary negotiable
