A Logistic Specialist for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person who organizes our expedition services. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, and team players working closely with our account, production and roll-out managers, assembly teams, forwarders, suppliers and other logistic personnel. A Logistic Coordinator is an essential part of every project, who guarantees smooth expedition of our products throughout the world by road, air or sea.

Logistic Coordinators are responsible for:
1. Communication (Inform EL teams, clients, and forwarders about shipments)
2. Suggesting ideal mode of transportation (road, sea, air, ex-works)
3. Preparing transport quotations (request offers, supply quotes to internal EL team)
4. Booking all methods of transportation (road, sea, air, ex-works)
5. Timely delivery (products are delivered to various global destinations on time)
6. Transport documentation (prepare and distribute to warehouse, PM, clients, forwarders)
7. Arranging customs documents (Fumigation Certificate, Certificate of Origin, export customs declaration)
8. Shipment status (overview of shipments from warehouse to client)
9. Booking couriers for special deliveries (time definite, pallet jacks, extra service)

Required behavior, skills and experience:
1. Experience to work in multi-national companies
2. Experience to work in multi-cultural and cross-department teams
3. Excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with clients
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transport – knowledge of customs processes and formalities for non EU shipments
5. Communicative and able to work to work in a team
6. Ability to manually calculate loading meters and ACW (air-chargeable weight)

Software:
o Computer literacy a must to quickly learn our proprietary software
o Advanced level of MS Excel is a must

o English – fluent
o Chinese - native
o Other languages - advantageous
