Role:

You will be focusing especially on our customer base in China for IGNITE and WAVE software. This is a customer-facing role which requires ensuring that end-user customers receive timely and high-quality customer care.

Ideally the candidate should have at least 3 years minimum experience in system simulations (0-1D) Experience with Modelica software is a definite plus.

Due to the nature of the role excellent English skills are also required

Job responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to support and help grow customer use of IGNITE and WAVE software. This includes, but is not limited to:
? helps to identify potential Application Engineering leads from support enquiries
? delivers Application Engineering projects on time and to budget
? providing model setup, execution and analysis
? Providing customer- training courses, for which the successful candidate will be responsible for generating the training material
? visiting existing and potential Ricardo Software customers
? ensuring timely communication regarding product updates (documentation and releases) to customers
? reporting customer feedback to product management and development teams
? Maintain close collaboration with the WAVE and IGNITE development teams
? Work with colleagues in technical consulting to collect and coordinate data used on projects

The secondary responsibility is to assist commercial staff with:
? technical presentations and product demonstrations
? supporting product evaluations by potential customers
? Creating example applications to support the commercial team
? supporting Application Engineering Manager with proposal input 举报 分享
